Recovery Housing Grievance

Grievance

At Recovery Is The New High, we are committed to maintaining high standards for recovery homes in Tennessee. To ensure safety and support, we have implemented a clear and transparent grievance process. Individuals can easily file grievances via email, allowing for straightforward reporting of issues or feedback.

Our dedicated staff carefully reviews each submission. When a grievance is validated, we quickly take action by temporarily suspending the agency’s certification until the issue is resolved.

To promote accountability, agencies that receive two infractions within nine months will have their certification revoked. This ensures the integrity of our program and guarantees that recovery homes continue to provide safe environments for residents. Your feedback is essential to our mission, and we appreciate your trust as we uphold these standards together.

Please note that all fees are non-refundable if Recovery Is The New High revokes a certification.
